Bookings are in two hour time frames. If you are requesting us to take old furniture away as your expecting your new furniture to arrive just let us know at the time of booking and we will try to accommodate a convenient time for you.

If the sofa can be re-used then we will always take the item to a charity shop. If it cannot be then we will only dispose of your old sofa at fully licensed waste transfer stations.
